Junior/Senior Lounge <Slash> Makerspace Has Begun!

The Research Lab, which is adjacent to the library (Rm 116) is becoming the Upperclassmen Lounge. I plan on turning into a makerspace by adding interesting activities for students to tinker with while they are "lounging." The room became available after we implemented 1:1 Chromebooks this year. We still have a full computer lab upstairs for classes to use, but we no longer need two.

Step 1: Remove desktops from the lab:

Step 2: Replace 5-year-old library computers with desktops from the lab. The tech department updated them with Windows 10. They look and run like brand new machines! The students have been quite excited. They still use our library computers regularly.
